4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NullStateLab:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy applies to payment data.
• Anthropic Claude API / OpenAI API — AI content generation. Your personal data may be included in prompts sent to these APIs to generate your personalized content.
• Google Workspace / Google Apps Script — email delivery and data storage.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and website hosting.

Your data is stored in Google Sheets within a secure Google Workspace environment. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

While we take data security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an active subscription, plus a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at admin@nullstate-lab.com.
