Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our AI-generated services, all payments made to NullStateLab are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

2. Cancellation and Service Continuation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation link in your account confirmation email, or by contacting us at admin@nullstate-lab.com.

Upon cancellation:

• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• You will continue to receive daily service until the end of your current paid billing period
• Service will automatically stop after your billing period ends

We do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error on our part
• You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error
• Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@nullstate-lab.com with your registered email address and a description of the issue.

4. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides for additional consumer protections or refund rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.

5. How to Request a Review

To request a refund review, please email admin@nullstate-lab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered email address
• The service name
• Date of charge
• Reason for your request

We will respond within 5 business days.
