1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any NullStateLab service (Tenmei AI, Mushin Diet AI, Daily Plate AI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

NullStateLab is operated by Junki Doi, based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.

2. Description of Services

NullStateLab provides AI-powered subscription services delivered via email. Our services include:

• Tenmei AI — Daily personality insights and life guidance based on Japanese Four Pillars astrology (四柱推命) and Western Astrology. Available as a free trial, a monthly Premium subscription ($9.99/mo), or a one-time Shadow Reading purchase ($5). Provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Mushin Diet AI — Daily workout suggestions, ingredient recommendations, estimated calorie/macro targets, and lifestyle tips, based on information entered at registration. This is general wellness information only — not a meal plan, not medical advice, and not nutritional therapy.
• Daily Plate AI — Daily ingredient and meal idea suggestions. General food inspiration only — not a clinical meal plan or dietary prescription.

All content is generated using artificial intelligence and delivered to your registered email address on a daily basis. AI-generated content is based on standard estimation formulas and the information you provide. It is not clinically assessed and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Most NullStateLab services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected).

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees
• You are responsible for any internet or data charges related to using our services

Tenmei AI also offers a one-time Shadow Reading purchase ($5). This is a single, non-recurring charge. The Shadow Reading is generated and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. One-time purchases do not include a subscription, daily readings, or any ongoing service.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a free trial period (7 days) before billing begins. One free trial per email address. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.

6. Health, Fitness & Wellness Disclaimer

Mushin Diet AI and Daily Plate AI are general wellness information services only. They are not medical services, nutritional therapy, clinical diet programs, or substitutes for professional healthcare advice.

• Calorie targets, macro splits, and BMI figures provided by Mushin Diet AI are estimates based on standard publicly available formulas (such as the Mifflin-St Jeor equation). They are not clinically assessed values and may not be accurate for your individual circumstances.
• Workout suggestions are general fitness recommendations only. They are not prescribed exercise therapy and are not tailored to any diagnosed medical condition, physical limitation, or rehabilitation need.
• Ingredient and meal suggestions are general food ideas only. They are not prescribed dietary plans, clinical nutrition therapy, or medical nutrition advice.
• NullStateLab does not guarantee any specific results — including weight loss, fitness improvement, or health outcomes — from using any of its services.
• You assume full personal responsibility for how you act on any content delivered by NullStateLab. You exercise at your own risk. NullStateLab is not responsible for any injury, physical harm, illness, or adverse health outcome that results from following workout suggestions, calorie targets, or ingredient recommendations provided by our services.
• Before beginning any new diet or exercise program, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional — particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have any other health concern.
• Ingredient and meal suggestions are based on dietary information you provide at registration. NullStateLab is not responsible for adverse reactions, including allergic reactions, resulting from inaccurate information provided during registration or from acting on AI-generated suggestions without independent verification.

Tenmei AI content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including psychological, medical, financial, or life-planning advice.

7. No Medical Purpose

NullStateLab services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing in our services constitutes medical advice, and our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have or suspect you may have a health problem, or if you experience any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NullStateLab and its operator (Junki Doi) shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Physical injury, bodily harm, or health-related damages arising from the use of workout suggestions, calorie targets, or any other content provided by our services
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Damages or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated guidance

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. AI systems may produce incorrect or misleading information, and users are solely responsible for how they act on any AI-generated content.

9. Prohibited Use and Account Suspension

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute content delivered by our services
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems
• Provide false information during registration
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free trial restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, including accounts engaged in fraudulent activity. Users whose accounts have been terminated for violations are prohibited from re-registering.

10. Intellectual Property

All content generated by NullStateLab services is for your personal use only. The NullStateLab name, brand, and website content are the intellectual property of Junki Doi / NullStateLab and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sapporo District Court, Japan.
